Installation begins with a comprehensive drainage assessment, observing water movement, mapping accumulation areas, and planning the optimal route and discharge point. Trenches are excavated to eighteen to thirty-six inches deep depending on the application, with a consistent downward pitch verified by laser level. We line the trench with geotextile filter fabric, place clean washed gravel, lay perforated PVC or corrugated HDPE pipe with perforations facing down, then wrap the gravel envelope with fabric to keep soil out.
